Licensed in 2007, I came to Massage Therapy from a fitness background. I have taught fitness classes, held a personal trainer certification, and I have also completed a half-marathon, several sprint distance triathlons, and many 5 and 10K runs.

I was a child care provider for twenty years while I raised my own two children.

I grew up in New Hampshire, spent the last few years living in North Carolina, and I am now glad to be back in New Hampshire enjoying my four grandchildren.

I have worked with athletes training and recovering from events, people recovering from injuries and surgeries, weekend warriors who find muscles they didn’t know they had, and , of course, the overworked and highly stressed majority.

I currently hold a massage therapy license in both New Hampshire and North Carolina.

I am a member of the AMTA and I am nationally certified through the NCBTMB.

My primary objective is to help others achieve optimal health by providing a unique blend of relaxation and rehabilitative massage.

My continuing education includes courses in sports massage, trigger point assessment and treatment, and myofascial work.

I am currently studying Massage for Oncology.

I am continually amazed by how knowledgeable, compassionate touch can facilitate healing.
